We at PURE JUICE realized, when the company first started, that if we were going to get into the sandal business, comfort was the most important factor we had to build into our product. We started with the toe strap. We softened it and reinforced it and made it super comfy. We made the vamp strap with the same material so it wouldn't chafe the instep of the foot. Our cushioned insoles are made of high quality EVA - and we were the first sandal company to use high-density EVA as an outsole. Very Healthy Footwear | ||

PURE JUICE has been recognized as a leader in healthy footwear by podiatrists, orthopedic surgeons and reflexologists worldwide. Here's why: 1. The lift at the heel throws the body-weight slightly forward - thus distributing the body-weight evenly across the foot (as opposed to flat sandals that allow the heel to carry the brunt of the body-weight). 2. Our footbed is shock resistant - thus eliminating most of the stress at the joints caused by striking the ground when walking. 3. We don't use high arch-supports in our sandals. This can cause your natural arch to atrophy and lose its ability to transfer the body-weight when striking, rolling and releasing (the three functions your foot performs when walking). 4. Our open-toed three-point strap allows the foot to breathe and expand naturally. It also strengthens the muscles in the foot as you walk. This is an action that happens without you knowing it; your toes actually grab the footbed each time you take a step - thus exercising the foot muscles. 5. On many of our styles, the straps are adjustable. When the straps are adjusted correctly (your heel is centered on the heel of the footbed) you may alleviate the chances of pronation or supination. | ||

Durable, Yet Lightweight | ||

They may not look like it, but PURE JUICE sandals are very durable. This comes from the workmanship and materials we employ in each pair. Straps are reinforced with nylon and are anchored and glued under the midsole to keep them from pulling out. The footbed is constructed of lightweight, ethyl-vinyl-acetate (EVA) which is not affected by saltwater, sand or UV rays. The medium density midsole and high-density EVA outsole combine to give the wearer a strong and durable sole that is extremely lightweight. | ||

The Only Beach Sandal with Adjustable Straps | ||

PURE JUICE invented it a long time ago. With our adjustable strap, you don't have to worry about your heel shifting from side to side or walking off one side of the sandal. The adjustable straps are available on most of our styles and are simple to adjust. Any styles that have a toe strap tied to the main (vamp) strap are adjustable. To make an adjustment: 1. Loosen (just slightly) the knot where the toe strap ties around the vamp strap. 2. Move the toe strap 1/4" to the right or left (in the same direction your heel sets on the heel platform) and tighten. 3. Slip into the sandal. Look to see if your heel is centered on the heel platform. If it isn't, keep making 1/4" adjustments until it does.

Machine Washable | ||

PURE JUICE sandals are machine washable. We recommend a gentle cycle. You can throw them in the washer with your shorts and t-shirts. But whatever you do, DON'T PUT THEM IN THE DRYER! This will shrink them and distort their shape. We recommend that you let them air-dry naturally by placing them on your patio table in the sun - out of Fido's reach. | ||
